Moreover, public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior. There is an alarm with photo detectors in the living room and at the entrance. They only activate and take pictures if the alarm is active and in case of intrusion, for the safety of the guests. Beach/pool towels are provided. The pool can be heated outside the established months for an extra fee and on request.
